All units must submit a 100 word or less statement which will be read as you BRIEFLY HALT in front of the reviewing stand. If your group was entered into the Veterans Day Parade 2005, you can check the statement you used for that Parade here if you are downloading from the web. Or just indicate: "Use the Same Statement" below.
PARADE AGREEMENT AND INJURY DISCLAIMER
I/We do hereby agree by all terms set forth in the Sacramento Veterans Day Parade Rules Sheet. I/We also understand all entrants participate at their own risk and will not hold VVA500 or the City of Sacramento responsible for any loss, damage or personal injury incurred during the course of my/our participation. You will also need to sign and return the Sacramento City Release Form, located here, or included in your package.
