The national organization of the Vietnam Veterans of America was granted a congressional charter in 1986 as a non-profit veterans' service organization. Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc., Chapter 500, is one of many chapters in the nation and was chartered in 1989 as a 501c tax exempt veterans service organization. Chapter 500 participates in community volunteer service, projects, social and community events as well as awarding scholarships to deserving high school graduates that are attending an accredited college or university. Our Color Guard participates regularly in local functions and has been the recipient of many awards over the years.

VIETNAM ERA VETERANS - Sacramento Valley's Chapter 500, extends our welcome to any veteran serving our Armed Forces during the Vietnam War, their guests, AVVA members and their guests, to be our guests at our monthly meetings. Please consider joining our group. Meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of the month. They are held at the Roseville Veterans Memorial Hall, 110 Park Drive in Roseville, California.
